Kenn is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner, and nothing it provides is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Signals, research, briefings, and chat responses are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any security. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions, and you should consider consulting a licensed professional. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Kenn uses artificial intelligence to generate its analysis. While we work hard to keep it accurate and grounded in real sources, AI-generated content can contain errors or omissions. Always verify anything important before acting on it.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and use Kenn only for lawful, personal purposes. You may stop using Kenn and delete your account at any time.
Brokerage connections are provided through SnapTrade and are subject to their terms and your brokerage’s terms. Kenn only receives read-only data and never has the ability to trade or move funds.
Kenn is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kenn and its operators are not liable for any investment losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
